The brandy is matured in 6 different types of oak with different levels of roasting.
Excellent for salads and appetizers, but can also be consumed with desserts.
Due to the maturation method, the brandy can also be consumed slightly warmed to a temperature of up to 18 degrees, which releases the aromas and flavors obtained during the maturation process. Consuming at a temperature of less than 10 degrees closes the aromas.
