Yellow cheese

Cow yellow cheese with its unrivaled nutritional and biological value has been an essential part of the traditional Macedonian cuisine.  It is produced from pasteurized grass-fed cow milk with addition of starter culture and curds. It is made to a traditional homemade recipe as well.
